Common questions. Cost, contracts, and who owns what.

How much does a website cost for a small business in Anchorage?

A custom build is often a few thousand dollars up front, with hosting and changes billed on top. Ours is $150 a month and $300 to start, with hosting and changes included and no contract. What websites cost, compared

What should I look for in an Anchorage web designer?

Someone who writes your pages for your customers, makes them fast on a phone, puts the domain in your name, and picks up when you call. Ask to see a site they built for a local business, and ask what you keep if you leave. What to ask before you sign

Is there a contract?

No. It's month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. The setup fee covers getting started: the intake, the kickoff call, connecting your domain, and writing your pages. The build itself is spread across your monthly payments instead of a big invoice up front.

Who owns the domain and the content?

You do. The domain is registered in your name, and your words, photos, and reviews are yours to take any time. The site itself (the design and code) is free to take after 12 months, or you can buy it out sooner for a price that drops every month.

How long does a build take?

A few days once we have your photos and info. What usually slows it down is waiting on those, which is why we ask for them first.
