You're welcome to browse, share, and link to this site. Please don't try to break it, scrape it in bulk, or use it to send spam.

Prices and information

Prices and plan details on this site are accurate when published and may change. The price you pay is the one in your signed order form. Nothing here is a promise of rankings, traffic, or revenue.

The client portal

Portal access is for clients and the people they invite. Keep your sign-in email secure and tell us if someone shouldn't have access. You're responsible for what you upload, and you need the right to use it. Don't send patient health information, card numbers, or Social Security numbers through the portal unless we've signed a separate agreement for it.

Ownership

The design, text, and code of this site belong to Toryn Morgan Web Design LLC. Your content stays yours. What you own in a project you hire us for is set out in your service agreement.

Other companies' names and examples

Names like Google, Stripe, QuickBooks, and others mentioned on this site are trademarks of their owners. We mention them only to say what our work connects to or works with. We aren't affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of them unless we say so.

The businesses, people, numbers, reviews, and screens in our previews and examples are made up to show how things work. Any resemblance to a real business is a coincidence. Logos, photos, and other material from outside sources belong to their owners. If you think something here uses your work without permission, email hello@torynmorgan.com and we'll look at it right away.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it. Your service agreement sets the terms for client work.
